Electrical Monitoring

Program Overview

As part of Howick’s ongoing commitment to farm risk management initiatives, the company is supporting an Electrical Monitoring Rebate Program for policyholders.

The installation of this device will detect electrical anomalies that the policyholder can proactively rectify to avoid preventable downtime for the operation and reduce potential fire losses.

How it Works

Eligability and benefits:

• Policyholders who have a dairy, poultry, or swine operation may be eligible for this program.
• Monitoring device installations must be pre-approved by Howick to determine eligibility.
• If deemed eligible, Howick will commit to reimbursing the policyholder for up to $2000.00 for the cost of monitoring unit.
• Installation and monitoring fees are the responsibility of the policyholder.
