TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• This payment will be reviewed and your account will be credited within 2 business days following receipt of payment.
• Payment Due Date: Your premium is due on or before the effective date. If payment is not received on due date of the policy, you will receive notice of your late payment and policy cancellation. Please note late payments may not reinstate your coverage. Outstanding payments will be sent to a collections agency.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY
• Howick Mutual Insurance will issue a refund cheque for any over-payment
• If any errors are found on your billing statement, please contact your broker to have the information corrected prior to payment.
CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
• You must contact your broker to make any policy changes and/or cancellations.
